Terms
The conditions on which this guide is published, and the limits of what it claims to be.

In short: Yachtpedia is an editorial reference. It is not brokerage, charter or investment advice, and nothing here should be relied on for a transaction without independent verification.
What Yachtpedia is
Yachtpedia is an independent reference covering superyachts, the yards that build them, and the firms that broker and charter them. It is published for information and research. We have no commercial relationship with the vessels or companies profiled, and profiles are not endorsements.
What Yachtpedia is not
We are not a yacht broker, charter agent, surveyor, insurer or financial advisor. Nothing on this site constitutes brokerage, transactional, legal or investment advice, or an offer to sell or charter any vessel.
Before any acquisition, charter or transaction, verify specifications, ownership, condition and pricing with the appointed central agent, a qualified surveyor and your own advisors.
Accuracy
Specifications are researched against shipyard records, registry data and published sources. We work hard to get them right and correct errors promptly — but vessels are refitted, renamed, re-flagged and resold, and no reference of this kind is free of error. Figures are provided in good faith without warranty of accuracy or completeness.
If you find something wrong, please tell us. Corrections take priority over everything else we do.
Imagery and content
Photography on this site is either licensed under Creative Commons or public domain terms with the photographer credited on the image, or supplied by shipyards and owners’ representatives as press material. Credits appear alongside each image.
